About Us
Disabled Dealer Magazine is similar to the popular Auto Trader
Magazine, but specializes in bringing products and services to
the elderly and disabled community in one simple and informative
publication. With scores of advertisements from private individuals,
wholesalers, retailers, and companies specializing in the sale
of new and used mobility assistance products and services, each
issue of Disabled Dealer Magazine also features several articles
and stories on mobility assistance equipment and home medical
supplies and services, the latest medical reports, new government
programs and federal benefits for the disabled, and listings for
events/conferences, support groups and sporting events.
Disabled Dealer Co-Founder Oliver O’Riordan says, “Our mission
is to bring people with disabilities and the elderly complete
access to new and pre-owned adaptive equipment, services, resources,
and events throughout the country.”
Disabled Dealer Magazines has eight regional publications, covering
27 states which is over one half of the United States of America.
Plans for expansion continue on a daily basis.
The first issue of Disabled Dealer Magazine was published in
May 1995 after Oliver O’Riordan, Rob and Stella Smith founded
a company called Disabled Dealer Enterprises, Inc. and started
a publication in Florida with the goal of bringing buyers and
sellers of mobility products together.
